Invisalign
Invisalign is a clear-aligner orthodontic system produced by Align Technology. Each tray is custom 3D-printed from a digital scan and worn for one to two weeks before being replaced by the next. Over time, the aligners gradually move teeth into planned positions without brackets, wires, or metal.
Not every Invisalign is planned the same way
Most general dentists go through a short Invisalign certification and let the software do the heavy lifting. Dr. Yeo went further: 2 years of continuing education with the Academy of GP Orthodontics, studying comprehensive orthodontic mechanics, facial growth, and long-term case stability. Then the Invisalign Comprehensive Certification on top.
What that means for you: when the default plan from the software isn't right for your bite, someone in the room knows how to tell.
