Full-Arch Implants
Full-arch dental implants (often called All-on-4, All-on-6, or All-on-X) replace an entire upper or lower arch of teeth using four to six strategically placed implants. A full bridge of replacement teeth is secured to those implants, creating a fixed, natural-feeling set of teeth that doesn't come out like a denture.
For people who thought this conversation was over
If you're wearing dentures you can't eat with, or your teeth are failing one by one, full-arch implants are the solution most patients wish they'd known about sooner. Four to six implants per arch. A full set of fixed teeth attached to them. Real chewing, real confidence, real food.
And because Dr. Yeo does the surgery and restoration in-house, the plan never gets handed off.
The All-on-X process
3D CBCT scan and full workup. Bone volume, nerve position, sinus location — all mapped in 3D.
Digital planning. Implant positions, angles, and prosthesis design decided in software.
Guided surgical placement. Custom templates direct the drill for precise, predictable placement of 4–6 implants per arch.
Same-day fixed prosthesis. Most patients leave the same day with fixed teeth — not a denture that comes out.
Healing phase (3–6 months). Implants integrate with bone. You live with your fixed prosthesis.
Final prosthesis. After integration, a permanent, custom-crafted final prosthesis replaces the interim one.
