This is our website privacy policy. If you are a patient, we also provide a separate Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA that covers your protected health information (PHI). If you provide a mobile number when booking or in patient forms, you agree we may contact you by phone, voicemail, or text about appointments, reminders, and care. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Children
This site is intended for adults. Parents and guardians schedule pediatric appointments on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children online.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites (Zocdoc, Google, insurance carriers, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review each site's privacy policy before sharing information.
